These terms apply when you use NewsletterIdea.com, use the readiness diagnostic, buy an idea check, purchase a commissioned catalog opportunity report, commission a custom search, use the API, configure webhooks, or manage an account.
NewsletterIdea provides a deterministic browser-only readiness diagnostic and AI-assisted paid newsletter opportunity research, including idea checks, custom search reports, structured API data, generated HTML or PDF output, and catalog reports when that offering is commissioned. The readiness score measures brief completeness, not market viability. Paid reports are digital products delivered through account, API, or support workflows.
User submissions remain yours. You grant NewsletterIdea the limited license needed to validate, process, generate, deliver, secure, and support the requested service. Purchased reports are licensed to the buying account and may not be resold as raw inventory unless a separate written agreement allows it.
AI-generated output can be incomplete, wrong, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific business. You are responsible for review, judgment, implementation, legal compliance, tax decisions, investment decisions, and market execution. NewsletterIdea does not guarantee revenue, sponsor demand, audience growth, acquisition success, or any business outcome.
You are responsible for account security, API key rotation, webhook endpoint security, and accurate billing details. You may not abuse rate limits, scrape private reports, bypass payment or access checks, reverse engineer prompts, upload illegal material, attack the service, or use the API for spam, surveillance, malware, fraud, or rights-infringing activity.
Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes, VAT evidence, payment failures, refunds, duplicate charges, failed delivery, and digital-delivery cancellation are handled under /refunds. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, payment disputes, chargebacks, or terms violations. We may limit availability during maintenance, incident response, vendor outage, or security containment.
